Phase One Works was appointed to deliver the builders works package at Fibi House, located in the City of London. The project forms part of a wider redevelopment programme and involves a series of structural and enabling works designed to prepare the building for its next phase of development.
The scope of works includes carefully coordinated demolition activities, including localised demolition for the formation of a new service riser and roof demolition works. Bespoke temporary works were designed and installed to ensure the structure remained fully supported throughout the process. Phase One Works is also delivering below ground drainage works alongside the design and installation of a new steel structure to facilitate new structural openings and a roof level extension.
In addition, the project includes both internal and external remedial works to existing concrete and masonry elements to restore and strengthen the building fabric.
