Reinforced Concrete
Our reinforced concrete services include the construction of structural slabs, retaining walls, lift shafts and foundations. Delivered with precision and structural integrity in mind, these elements form critical load bearing components within a wide range of construction projects.
General BWIC
General BWIC services include the formation of service openings, diamond drilling, lintel installations, and brick and block works. We also undertake specialist concrete repairs using systems such as Fosroc, Sika and Ancon, alongside GRP installations including handrails and riser decking, as well as a range of structural remedial works.
Groundworks & Drainage
Here at Phase One Works, our drainage services include below ground attenuation systems, new manhole formation, and the installation of cast iron and UPVC drainage. We also carry out inspection chamber installation, CCTV drainage surveys, and any necessary remedial works to ensure systems operate efficiently and meet compliance standards.
Our groundworks services cover every stage of substructure preparation, including reduced excavation, mass concrete foundations, underpinning, reinforced concrete and raft slabs. We also deliver specialist solutions such as waterproofing, sheet piling, piling mats and full site ground remediation, ensuring a stable and compliant base for construction.
